One View tackled Boston Scientific’s content fragmentation through information architecture that connected conditions to devices, clinical studies, community conversations, and educational resources. The web app concept—nicknamed “Glassman” — used a transparent human figure as navigation, allowing both doctors and patients to explore through anatomy and discover interconnected medical knowledge.
